The Makers Society offers you the space and the equipment to get your project done, at a fraction of the cost.
Different solutions for different needs.
Choose your plan and save every time you book! You can choose a Bronze, Silver or Gold Pass and get additional Loyalty Points that will make you save big! With the Gold Plan, for example, you will get 2000 Loyalty Point extra that equal to AED2,000 in value.
Sometimes you might just need to access for just a few hours and don't want to commit to a full day.

We have morning and afternoon slots available. This booking needs to be confirmed based on availability.
Need just few hours?
If you are having a project with family or friends you can share your workbench and save money.
Full access to the facilities for both, means a quicker job at a fraction of the price.
If you want to add a second person just contact us.
When you create, you might need some space to keep your work till the next time you are in the workshop.
At The Makers Society we have the right space for you! Flexible storage spaces are available on request.
Want to share?
At The Makers Society, we take safety very seriously and we want to make sure that you are ready to go before using our machines. We request our members to attend a Machine Training for every machine they intend to use. This is to ensure that you will operate safely and efficiently/
The training will be followed by an assessment that will certify your newly acquired skills and enable you to use the machines every time you are in the workshop.
If you are interested in learning more machines, we offer a training bundle at a discounted price.
Duration: approx 1 hour per machine.

Discover our Introductory Class
YOU can learn woodworking
If you are new to woodworking and off to a great start, this class is for you. After this introductory course, you will be able to rent our space and attend more advanced classes.
Specifically designed for beginners, in this class you will learn some basic wood technology, shop safety and etiquette, you will be introduced to the basic joints and have hands-on experience with the most commonly used woodworking machines.
Class Level: Beginners
Duration: 8 hours (in two separate days)
